Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Business Networks ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and related services. By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Who Can Use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register on or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Platform is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use; it is not intended for consumer transactions.
3. Account Registration & Security
Accounts are created automatically when you sign in for the first time using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at BusinessNetworksBN@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at our discretion if we believe the information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
4. Listings, Content & User Submissions
Users may create and publish listings related to real estate, industrial assets, business opportunities, and investment offerings ("Listings"). You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by posting a Listing you grant Business Networks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Listings are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on any third party's rights. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any Listing.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not: (a) post false, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent Listings; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose; (c) infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems; (e) scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our written consent; (f) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any business or entity; or (g) use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
6. Role of the Platform — No Broker, No Guarantee
Business Networks operates solely as a facilitator that connects businesses and enables discovery of opportunities. We are not a licensed real estate broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, or a party to any transaction, negotiation, or agreement entered into between users. We do not guarantee the outcome, value, legality, or safety of any deal made through the Platform. Users are strongly encouraged to conduct independent due diligence, including legal, financial, and title verification, before entering into any transaction.
7. Fees, Payments & Featured Listings
Certain features on the Platform, including Featured Listings and premium visibility options, may require payment of a fee. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you make a purchase. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with reasonable prior notice for existing subscriptions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Business Networks name, logo, website design, and all associated trademarks, graphics, and platform content (excluding user-submitted Listings) are the exclusive property of Business Networks India and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements (including Google Sign-In and payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service, and your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Business Networks and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any transaction between users, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Networks, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your Listings, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or misused the Platform in any way. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
